Introducing Miss Maudie’s Catering

Chef Maudie Schmitt is best known for her vibrant personality and N’awlins dishes at Cafe Rue Orleans. Now, she is serving home flavors across Northwest Arkansas. Weddings, business, and entertaining can now feature Southern, Italian and Cajun favorites — with the right amount of Miss Maudie sass.
